As founder of Dotmarketing, Tim takes a hands-on approach to overseeing the agency's direction, operational resources and overall business strategy & development-- having transformed a boutique web design firm into a thriving end-to-end Internet solution agency (with a portfolio of more than 200 projects). A gifted entrepreneur, his proudest accomplishment has been his ability to assemble a team of talented individuals to support the ongoing efforts of creating an industry-leading resource for web design, application development, consulting services, managed hosting and account management.

Before establishing Dotmarketing, Tim was involved in leading and managing other marketing agencies including BCI Communications, Inc. and Stringer International, Inc. As a result of Tim's forward thinking, his first companies were full-service marketing firms, offering traditional offline services as well as some of the earliest web design and content management services in the marketplace. Under these agencies, he oversaw more than 50 marketing campaigns in various industries.

Prior to taking on the entrepreneurial paths, Tim sharpened his skills by working for corporations (in-house) and other public relations agencies creating and supporting marketing campaigns for domestic and international corporations including: the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Professional Golfers' Association, Doral Resorts of Florida, Noble House Hotels, Loews Hotels, Hertz Latin America, Carnival Cruise Lines, Costa Cruise Lines, Miami Grand Prix, NFL Super Bowl XXIX, Summit of the Americas, Burger King Corporation, the City of Miami and the City of Miami Beach.
