Unlike many traditional print designers who have "learned a little web along the way," Jason brings an unusual balance of expertise in front-end design and back-end application development, with a dozen years of experience in digital design.
In his 8 years as Dotmarketing's Managing Director of Creative & Consulting Services, Jason has not only overseen the development of cutting-edge designs and multimedia, but has refined our assessment and consulting practices-- resulting in usable, intuitive websites that not only meet user needs, but achieve organizational objectives as well. Jason also brings expert knowledge in the development of cascading style sheets (CSS), information architecture and user interface and experience design. As Chief Operations Officer, Jason also oversees all of our project management functions, ensuring every project is delivered on-time and on-budget.
Having studied graphic arts and computer science at the College of Charleston, Jason began his career as a designer for a traditional ad agency looking to branch into the newly burgeoning field of web design. Just prior to joining Dotmarketing, he spent several years as a web designer for the Medical University of South Carolina where he helped develop their original web presence.
