Technical Support Manager

A South Florida open source software company is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Support/Account Manager who has strong communications skills and valid web agency experience. This job requires high-energy, flexibility and a willingness to provide quality support for a growing community of clients and open-source users. In turn, you will be part of a team of very talented people and a fantastic working environment – in the heart of Coconut Grove, Florida. We are small (~30 employees) but have made a huge impact in higher education and non-profit sectors with our open source content management and communication platform -- dotCMS (www.dotcms.org).

Requirements:

• Self-motivated – willing to take ownership of his/her department
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational skills
• Training experience preferred
• Help desk support experience
• Internet or web application support experience

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Must have a strong understanding and passion for the web.
• Experience with HTML/CSS a plus.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) a plus.
